EUK-134 is a synthetic superoxide dismutase (SOD)/catalase analog (CAT) with potent antioxidant activity and inhibition of β-amyloid and related amyloid fibril formation. EUK-134 is an antioxidant ingredient. The substance is a synthetic compound with the chemical name ethylbisiminomethylguaiacol manganese chloride.
